Πριν 2.5 μήνες έκανα χειρουργείο έξω σφυρου.και αφαίρεση βίδας συνδεσμοσης πριν 15 μέρες .Έχω αρχίσει και το πατάω με σταδιακή αύξηση βάρους .Οι ενοχλήσεις πότε θα μειωθούν στο περπάτημα;Θα βοηθησει να βάζω κάποια κρέμα;Κάνει καλό που βάζω ελαστικό επίδεσμο ;

Κάποια αντιφλεγμονώδης ή ψυκτική κρέμα ίσως βοηθήσει κ δεν ενοχλεί η χρήση επιδεσμου
