Υποτροπή στρεπτόκοκκου Α ή νέα μόλυνση με στρεπτόκοκκο C;
Καλημέρα σας. Ο γιος μου είχε ανεβάσει 39 πυρετό και την επόμενη το πρωί πήγαμε για στρεπ τεστ και βγήκε ασθενώς θετικό. Πήρε 10 μέρες αντιβίωση (το ίδιο και εγώ γιατί με κόλλησε) μόλις σταμάτησε την αντιβίωση την 11η μέρα ανέβασε ξανά πυρετό και είχε ενόχληση στο λαιμό. Πήγαμε στον παιδίατρο μας είπε για φαρυγγίτιδα και κάναμε καλλιέργεια φαρυγγικού και αιματολογικές και βγήκε ότι έχει στρεπτόκοκκο group c. Ξανακόλλησε όσο ήταν άρρωστος ή υποτροπίασε από τον στρεπτόκοκκο Α; Τώρα ξεκινήσαμε πάλι 10 μέρες αντιβίωση.
