Μπορώ σχολείο μετά επαφή με γρίπη Β και αρνητικό τεστ;

Μια φίλη μου διαγνώστηκε με γρίπη β την Κυριακή ενώ τελευταία φορά συναντηθήκαμε Παρασκευή μεσημέρι και μέχρι σήμερα Τρίτη δεν έχω συμπτώματα μόνο ένα 37° που έκανα χτες τη Δευτέρα για μια ώρα. Σήμερα έκανα τεστ και βγήκε αρνητικό και έχω κάτσει Δευτέρα Τρίτη σπίτι. Αύριο μπορώ να ξαναπάω σχολείο ;;

  • Καλημέρα σας. Η γρίπη μπορεί να είναι μεταδοτική και μία μέρα πριν τα συμπτώματα. Συνήθως εμφανίζονται συμπτώματα μέχρι και 4 μέρες μετά τη μετάδοση οπότε λογικά αποφύγατε τον κίνδυνο.
