Γειά σας έχω φερριτίνη 9 αιματοκρίτη 41 και αιμοσφαιρίνη 13,5 είμαι εθελόντρια αιμοδότης εδώ και 3 χρόνια δίνω αίμα 2 φορές το χρόνο δεν παίρνω φάρμακα μόνο d3 και σχεδόν είμαι σε εμμηνόπαυση. Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι για τη φερριτίνη μου; εύχομαι εκ των προτέρων
