Μπορεί νευρολόγος να κάνει διάγνωση από MRI εγκεφάλου χωρίς ακτινολόγο;
Χαίρεται, έκανα MRI εγκεφάλου αλλά δεν έχει γίνει διάγνωση από ακτινολόγος ιτρο ακόμη καθώς το νοσοκομείο δεν διαθέτει. Θα μπορούσε ένας νευρολόγος (που έχει το νοσοκομείο) να δει τις απεικονίσεις και να κάνει διάγνωση?

Καλησπέρα, το πόρισμα για την μαγνητική τομογραφία που κάνατε μπορεί να το δώσει μόνο ακτινολόγος. Σε ειδικές περιπτώσεις (κυρίως επείγουσες καταστάσεις), ο νευρολόγος που ζήτησε την εξέταση, θα μπορούσε να δει της εικόνες και να έχει μια πρώτη εκτίμηση. Ο νευρολόγος όμως δεν μπορεί να δώσει πόρισμα μαγνητικής.

Μπορεί, αλλά δεν μπορεί να γράψει το πόρισμα. Επίσης, η εμπειρία του ακτινολόγου, συνήθως είναι μεγαλύτερη από των ιατρών της κάθε ειδικότητας σε ότι αφορά τις απεικονιστικές εξετάσεις.
Πάντως, να υπάρχει μαγνητικός τομογράφος χωρίς ιατρό σε νοσοκομείο, μου κάνει εντύπωση. Χωρίς υπεύθυνο ιατρό δεν μπορεί να λειτουργήσει ένας μαγνητικός νοσοκομείου.
