Γιατί το ζάχαρο νηστείας είναι αυξημένο το πρωί αλλά κανονικό το μεσημέρι;

Καλημερα ...γιατι στο ζαχαρο νηστειας εχω λιγο αυξημενες τιμες πχ 107-114 το πρωι παντα και το μεσημερι μετα απο το πρωινο στης 6 το πρωι πριν το φαγητο ειμαι στα κανονικα επιπεδα πχ 91-96??

Σε πολλές περιπτώσεις είναι δυνατόν το σάκχαρο νηστείας να είναι από 100mg/dl έως 125mg/dl και το μεταγευματικό σάκχαρο να είναι φυσιολογικό (<140mg/dl). Η κατάσταση αυτή υποδηλώνει την παρουσία μιας μορφής προδιαβήτη που λέγεται Διαταραγμένη Γλυκόζη Νηστείας (Impaired Glucose Tolerance).
