Είναι ασφαλές το mounjaro για απώλεια βάρους σε εμμηνόπαυση;
Καλησπέρα είμαι γυναίκα 51 ετών σε εμμηνόπαυση Με ύψος 170 και κιλά 80 Οι τελευταίες εξετάσεις που έκανα ήταν φυσιολογικές εκτός από ζάχαρο 108, ολική χοληστερίνη 244, LDL 151, τριγλυκερίδια 169 Πήγα σε ένα γενικό γιατρό και μου σύστησε να πάρω την ένεση mounjaro για να χάσω κιλά εγώ επειδή είναι σχετικά καινούριο φάρμακο έχω κάποιους ενδοιασμούς τι μου προτείνετε; Σας ευχαριστώ!

Πρώτον να πηγαίνετε σε γιατρους που έχουν πολυετή εμπειρία στην παχυσαρκία. Στη χώρα μας δυστυχώς ΄ολοι κάνουν τους ειδικούς χωρίς να είναι. Δευτερον ας δούμε αν πληρείτε τις ενδείξεις για να παρετε το φάρκακο.. Αυτες είναι ΒΜΙ > 30 χωρίς συνοδές καταστάσεις που σχετίζονται με την παχυσαρκία ή ΒΜΙ >27 με συνοδά προβλήματα που σχετίζονται με την παχυσαρκία. Εσεις πληρείτε το δεύτερο γιατι έχετε ΒΜΙ 27,5 και έχετε προδιαβήτη. Η υψηλή χοληστερίνη δεν σχετίζεται απαραίτητα με το βάρος γιατι μπορεί να εχει και γενετικά τα αίτια.. Άρα μπορείτε να το παρετε με ειδικες διατροφικές οδηγίες , άσκηση και τακτική παρακολύθηση απο γιατρό με εμπειρία..., για να δούμε τι ποσοστα λίπους θα χασετε. Σημειωτεον οτι η διατροφή πρεπει να έχει επαρκη ποσοτητα πρωτείνης γιατι τα φάρμακα αυτα δυστυχώς μειώνουν και τη μυική μάζα. Read more
