Τι να κάνω αν πέσει η γέφυρα στην πάνω γνάθο με υποχώρηση ούλων;

Έχω γέφυρα στην πάνω γνάθο κ υπάρχει μια υποχώρηση των ούλων τα στηρίγματα δεν είναι καλά σε αυτή την περίπτωση τι κάνω εάν πέσει η γέφυρα κ δεν υπάρχουν υγιείς φόντα στηρίγματα??
