Προκλιμακτήριος, αύξηση βάρους, εξάψεις, Κρον: Τι να πάρω για διάθεση;
Καλησπέρα είμαι στη προκλιμακτήριο έχω πάρει 5 κιλά, έχω εξάψεις, έχω νεύρα, έχω κατάθλιψη Μπορώ να πάρω κάτι ώστε να αλλάξει η διάθεση μου κ συγχρόνως να χάσω λίπος? Επίσης έχω κ νόσο του Κρον. Τι θα μου προτείνατε ψάχνετε να μην έχω παρενέργειες κ να νιώσω καλύτερα από διάθεση

Τα SSRI's (Seropram κλπ αντικαταθλιπτικά) δεν αντενδείκνυνται στην Crohn αλλά για αυτά θα πρέπει να απευθυνθείτε σε άλλη ειδικότητα. Για την απώλεια βάρους απλά δίαιτα.
