Γιατί δόθηκαν εξετάσεις CMV και Epstein Barr σε Crohn 51χρονου άντρα;
51 ετών άντρας διαγνώστηκα με Crohn και ο γαστρεντερολόγος μου έγραψε να κάνω κάποιες εξετάσεις εκ των οποίων είναι 190 το cmv igg και το epstein barr igg 60. τα αντίστοιχα τους σε igm είναι πολύ χαμηλά και μέσα στα όρια. Γιατί μου δόθηκαν αυτές οι εξετάσεις κατά τη γνώμη σας και τι σημαίνουν τα αποτελέσματα?? ευχαριστώ

Επειδή η θεραπεία της Crohn είναι με ανοσοκατασταλτικά πρέπει να ξέρουμε από τι κινδυνεύει ο κάθε ασθενής - φαντάζομαι δεν σας έγραψαν μόνο αυτές τις εξετάσεις αλλά και έλεγχο για φυματίωση, ηπατίτιδες και άλλα. Όσο για αυτές σημαίνει ότι κάποτε παλιά περάσατε CMV & EBV (όπως οι περισσότεροι).
