Τι μπορεί να προκαλεί ξηρό βήχα μετά από ίωση χωρίς πυρετό με βήχα από το πάνω στήθος;

Πέρασα μια ίωση πριν 3 εβδομάδες χωρίς πυρετό είχα μόνο έναν ξηρό βήχα. Ο βήχας όμως έχει μείνει. Είναι ξαφνικός και φαίνεται να ξεκινάει μόνο από την πάνω μεριά του στήθους. Το βράδυ βήχω και μέσα στον ύπνο μου. Δεν είναι επίμονος. Μόλις βήχω μετά από 5 με 7 λεπτά ξανά πάλι. Τι να είναι;
