Τι σημαίνουν παρακερατωστικά κύτταρα στο παπ με HPV θετικό;
Τι σημαίνει λίγα παρακερατωστικά κύτταρα στο παπ. Με καλλιέργεια πολύ καλή, με παπ χωρίς κακοήθεια! Αλλά hpv θετικό. Τι να κάνω έχω πανικοβληθεί. Ποια κίνηση είναι η επόμενη να βγάλω όλα τα γυναικολογικά μου για να ζήσω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Λίγα παρακερατωστικά κύτταρα στο Παπ δεν σημαίνουν κακοήθεια, και από μόνα τους δεν είναι λόγος ανησυχίας το Παπ δεν δείχνει αλλοιώσεις. Το γεγονός ότι είναι θετικό το HPV χρειάζεται παρακολούθηση κ όχι ακραίες αποφάσεις.
Άρα μην πανικοβάλλεστε γιατί δεν χρειάζεται να αφαιρέσετε τίποτα. Το επόμενο βήμα όμως εξαρτάται από τον τύπο του HPV, το αν υπάρχουν αλλοιώσεις και το ιστορικό σας. Στη διάθεση σας εαν χρειαστείτε περαιτέρω καθοδήγηση.
