Τι να κάνω με θετικό HPV τύπου 18 και παρακερατωστικά κύτταρα;
Καλησπέρα. Βγήκα θετική στο hpvdna test τύπου 18. Το παπ αν και χωρίς κακοήθεια μου βγάζει ελαφρώς παρακερατωστικά κύτταρα. Ο γιατρός μου όμως δεν μου πρότεινε κολποσκόπηση. Με είχε εξετάσει όταν μου πήρε δείγματα και ήταν όλα μια χαρά δεν παρατήρησε κάτι. Τι να κάνω; Μου είπε επανεξέταση σε 6 μήνες. Έχω μπερδευτεί. Ο γιατρός έχει τα τελευταία μηχανήματα και κάναμε πολύ λεπτομερή έλεγχο μήπως είχα κύστες. Τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Κάποιος θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζει το πλήρες ιστορικό σας για να δει ποιοι παράγοντες κινδύνου υπάρχουν. Προσωπικά όταν υπάρχει ο τύπος 16 ή 18 εγώ κάνω στις ασθενείς μου πάντα μια κολποσκόπηση. Είναι μια ανώδυνη εξέταση κ μας δίνει παραπάνω πληροφορίες για την κατάσταση του τραχήλου. Αυτό φυσικά δεν σημαίνει ότι η πρόταση του γιατρού σας είναι λάθος. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
