Είναι ασφαλής η συντηρητική θεραπεία για CIN1-CIN2 με HPV 51 στα 21;

Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 21 ετών και πριν 5 μήνες έκανα κολποσκοπιση καθώς είχα hpv στέλεχος 51.Η βιοψία έδειξε CIN1 και CIN2 Ο γιατρός λόγο του νεαρου της ηλικίας μου πρότεινε συντηρητική θεραπεία με deflagin gel για 3 μήνες και react βιταμίνες καθημερινός για 6 μήνες. Έχω τρομοκρατηθεί όλον αυτό το καιρό με αυτό το ζήτημα καθώς φοβάμαι για καρκίνο κλπ. Εσείς πιστεύεται είναι θεμιτός αυτός ο τρόπος θεραπείας η να πάω κατευθείαν σε χειρουργική αφαίρεση των αλλοιώσεων.Εμένα ο προβληματισμός μ είναι ότι αν το καθηστερησω μην μεγαλώσει και εξελιχθεί σε καρκίνο… ( έχω κόψει κάπνισμα ,αθλούμαι κλπ) ιστορικό καρκίνου δεν υπάρχει στην οικογένεια και έχω εμβολιαστεί από τα 12 μου
