Είναι απαραίτητη η επέμβαση για ήπιες αλλοιώσεις CINI-LGSIL;
Καλησπέρα. Η βιοψία βγήκε καθαρή για κακοήθεια αλλά έχω ήπιες αλλοιώσεις επιθηλιακής τραχηλικής δυσπλασίας (CINI-LGSIL). Η γιατρός είπε να κάνω επέμβαση αλλά επειδή δεν θέλω (φοβάμαι και λίγο) είναι απαραίτητη?? Δηλαδή συντηρητικά με παρακολούθηση θα έχω πρόβλημα καρκίνου κτλ??

Δεν χρειάζεται καποια επέμβαση όταν το αποτελεσμα ειναι LGSIL. Παρακολούθηση και αν υπάρξει επιδείνωση τότε μια μικρή εκτομή.
