Μπορεί το λέιζερ να μην βοηθήσει μετά από 3 επεμβάσεις και αντιβίωση;
Γεια σας, πριν περίπου 4 χρονια εκανα επέμβαση 2 φορές με λέιζερ και μια με ανοιχτή μέθοδο αλλά νομιζω ότι 100% δεν εκλησε ποτε, πήγα μου το άνοιξαν και άρχισα αντιβίωση για 10 μερες και μου ειπαν να ξανά παω για να κριθεί αν χρειάζεται ανοιχτή μέθοδος η λέιζερ. Θα ήθελα να ρωτισω αν όντως το λέιζερ υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην μπορεί να με βοηθισει και αν ναι για πιο λόγο

Έχει σημασία με τι είδους λέιζερ χειρουγηθηκατε. Επίσης καλό είναι να κάνετε MRI συριγγογραφία για να φανούν τα συρίγγια και η πορεία τους

Γειά σας. Εξαρταται απο την σημερινή σας κατάσταση. Εαν δηλαδη υπάρχει 1 η περισσότερα συριγγια και ποσο μεγάλα είναι αυτά. Η εκτομή είναι μια λύση αλλά εφόσον εχουν προηγηθει οι επεμβάσεις με Leizer θα υπάρχει περισσότερη ουλώδης ιστός στην περιοχή.
