Πρέπει να κάνω αμνιοπαρακέντηση με PAPP-A 0,408 MoM και free B-HCG 1,807 MoM;
Καλημέρα..χθες έκανα την αυχενική διαφανεια και μου βγήκε πάρα πολύ καλή..ορατό ρινικο οστο,αυχενική διαφανεια 1,80 και όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν τέλεια,όμως οι εξετάσεις papp-a ήταν 1,760 IU/I ισοδυναμο με 0,408 MoM και η free B-HCG ήταν 63,75 IU/I ισοδυναμο με 1,807 MoM.Πρεπει να κάνω αμνιοπαρακεντηση ή οι τιμές είναι καλές?Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας?

Αυτές τις τιμές θα τις βάλει ο υπερηχογραφιστης μαζί με όλα τα στοιχεία σας (ηλικία κλπ.) στο πρόγραμμα κ θα σας βγάλει τις πιθανότητες για σύνδρομο down κ τρισωμια 13 κ 18. Ανάλογα με τα αποτελέσματα θα μπορούμε να πούμε αν χρειάζεται αμνιοπαρακεντηση.

Το καλύτερο θα ήταν να κάνετε αμνιοπαρακεντηση ώστε να είστε σίγουροι για το αποτέλεσμα.
