Πώς να βελτιώσω την όρασή μου με υψηλό αστιγματισμό και πρεσβυωπία;
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 49 χρονών και έχω υψηλό αστιγματισμό στα μάτια μου (5 στο καθένα) και πρεσβυωπία. Ο οφθαλμίατρος μου με ενημέρωσε πως λόγω ηλικίας δεν μπορώ να κάνω laser και ούτε επέμβαση καταρράκτη για να βελτιωθεί η όρασή μου. Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να βελτιώσω την όρασή μου για να περάσω μια υγειονομική επιτροπή από την οποία με έχουν κόψει στα μάτια χωρίς γυαλιά (διάβασα 3/10 στον κάθε οφθαλμό ενώ απαιτείται 4/10). Τι μπορώ να κάνω;
