Θεραπεία για μαλακή πλάκα καρωτίδας με κληρονομική χοληστεριναιμία χωρίς στατίνες

Μετά από τρίπλεξ καρωτίδων βρέθηκε μια μαλακή πλάκα τριών χιλιοστών στη δεξιά καρωτίδα χωρίς στένωση. Κληρονομική χοληστεριναιμία με 300 χοληστερίνη και κακή 240. Λόγω ινομυαλγίας φοβάμαι να πάρω στατίνες, τι άλλη θεραπεία μπορώ να κάνω Σας ευχαριστώ!
