Καρωτιδική νόσος lopresor

Πρέπει να κάνω χειρουργείο για στένωση καρωτίδων 55% και 35%;

Καλησπέρα έκανα τρίπλεξ καρωτίδων, αριστερά 55% στένωση τύπου 2 και δεξιά 35 τύπου 3..ο καρδιολόγος μου έδωσε σαλοσπίρ, λιποπέν 10/40, λοπρεσόρ...τώρα η χοληστερίνη είναι 130, τα τριγλυκερίδια 60, και η ldl 55....κάνω 4 τσιγάρα από 30 που έκανα....θέλω να ρωτήσω πρέπει να κάνω χειρουργείο??? Πρέπει να πάω σε αγγειολόγο??? Η με τον καρδιολόγο είμαι οκ??

  • Δεν υπάρχει ένδειξη για χειρουργείο. Χρειάζεται όμως τακτική Αγγειοχειρουργική παρακολούθηση. Η πλήρης διακοπή του καπνίσματος είναι απαραίτητη.
