Η γενική νάρκωση είναι μια πολύ ασφαλής διαδικασία για τους ασθενείς. Η επέμβαση της μειωτικής του στηθους ειδικά σε μεγαλά , βαρειά στήθη εξαιτίας της διάρκειάς της είναι καλύτερα να γίνεται με γενική νάρκωση. Η μέθη στην οποία αναφέρεστε μπορεί να εξεταστεί και συζητηθεί με τον αναισθησιολογο και αποφασίζεται η ασφαλέστερη μέθοδος για τον ασθενή αφού έχει προηγηθεί και ο προεγχειρητικός του έλεγχος

Καλημέρα σας. Είναι εφικτό ωστόσο επειδή το χειρουργείο διαρκεί πάνω από 2 ώρες δεν συνινστάται για πρακτικούς λόγους, πχ να κινηθείτε κατά τη διάρκεια της επέμβασης

Εξαρτάται απτό μέγεθος του στήθους. Καλό θα ήταν να το αποφεύγετε διότι αφενός μεν χρειάζεται πολύ τοπική αναισθησία ,με του κινδύνους που συνεπάγεται αυτό, και αφετέρου με την έγχυση της τοπικής αναισθησίας αλλάζει το σχήμα του μαστού και είναι πιο δύσκολη η επέμβαση
