Ήπιος πόνος στο δεξί μαστό με αντανακλαστικό πόνο στο χέρι σε γυναίκα 47 ετών με αστάθειες περιόδου

Καλησπέρα σας. έχω εδώ και περίπου 2 μήνες ήπιο πόνο στο δεξί μαστό, όχι σε κάποιο συγκεκριμένο σημείο όμως. κάποιες φορές με πονάει πλαγίως του μαστού και κάποιες άλλες στο κέντρο του, είναι όμως στιγμιαίος και κάποιες φορές αντανακλά στο χέρι. να σημειώσω ότι είμαι 47 χρονών με κάποιες αστάθειες στην περίοδο.. κάνω κάθε χρόνο μαστογραφία και υπέρηχο μαστού. τι μπορεί να είναι; ευχαριστώ των προτέρων
