Είναι η αστεροειδής σκίαση στη μαστογραφία κακοήθης ή ινοαδένωμα;

Χαίρετε. Έκανα μαστογραφία και είχα ως διάγνωση: Μέτριας-ικανής εκτάσεως ινοαδενικά στοιχεία ελέγχονται αμφο. Στον άξονα της 8ης ώρας του δεξιού μαστού ελέγχεται μικρή αστεροειδής σκίαση με μέγιστη διάμετρο περί τα 6 χιλιοστά. Θηλές και πάχος δέρματος αμφο κατά φύση. Δεν αναγνωρίζονται μικροαποτιτανώσεις. Συγκριτικά με την προηγούμενη μαστογραφία φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει διαφοροποίηση στην απεικόνιση της περιοχής αστεροειδούς σκίασης. BIRADS-0 Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω το εξής. Υπάρχει περίπτωση η αστεροειδής σκίαση να είναι κακοήθης; Είναι κάτι σαν ινοαδένωμα; Ευχαριστώ.
