Υπάρχει κίνδυνος κακοήθειας στον αριστερό μαστό μετά από ορμονοθεραπεία;
Καλημέρα σας μετά από Μαστογραφία τον Φεβρουάριο του 24 στην οποία βρέθηκε ακτινοσκιερός σχηματισμός διαμέτρου 1,3 εκ, και το αφαιρέσαμε τον 5ο του 24, ξεκίνησα ορμονοθεραπεία και έκανα και 31 ακτινοβολίες. και τώρα το Μάρτιο του 25 μετά από τον προγραμματισμένο έλεγχο το υπερηχογράφημα μαστών δείχνει, Σαφών ορίων οβάλ σχήματος αλλοίωση διαμέτρου 4mm, και αλλοίωση διαμέτρου 8mm, στην 1η ώρα και την 10η ώρα αντίστοιχα του ΑΡ μαστού. Παρακαλώ θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω υπάρχει πιθανότητα να γίνει κάτι κακοήθεια και σε αυτό το μαστό; και θα ήθελα παρακαλώ να ρωτήσω ακόμα αν αυτό δημιουργήθηκε από την ορμονοθεραπεία ή είναι κάποιες αλλοιώσεις που δημιουργήθηκαν από τις ακτινοβολίες που έκανα στο δεξιό μαστό. Και αν θα πρέπει να σταματήσω για λίγο την ορμονοθεραπεία < ή να αλλάξω το φάρμακο > για να υποχωρήσουν [όπως διάβασα κάπου]. Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για την απάντησή σας.

Οχι δεν αφορούν κακοήθεια μπορεί να έχουν γίνει από την ακτινοβολία αλλά δεν έχει σημασία. Δεν χρειάζεται να σταματήσετε την ορμονοθεραπεία.
