Πόσο ανησυχητική είναι η κατάσταση με birads-4c σε μαστογραφία και υπέρηχο;
Χθες πήρε τις εξετάσεις η μητέρα μου, ετών 63. “Σε μαστογραφία κ υπέρηχο μαστού, οι παρατηρήσεις είναι: Μαστογραφία: παρατηρείται περιοχή αυξημένης πυκνότητας όπου συρρέουν μικροεπασβεστώσεις με τμηματική κατανομή birads4-χρήζει υπερήχου. Υπέρηχος: παρατηρείται μελοβωτό υποηχοϊκό μόρφωμα διαμέτρου 17 χιλ κ δεύτερο υποηχοϊκό μόρφωμα κεντρικότερα διαμέτρου 5 χιλ. Δημιουργούν ασθενή οπίσθια εικόνα πιθανής νεοεξεργασίας birads-4c. Συνιστάται έλεγχος με mr και βιοψία. Δεν παρατηρούνται άλλα μορφώματα. Μέχρι την πραγματοποίηση και το αποτέλεσμα της βιοψίας έχουμε αγχωθεί πολύ. Πόσο ανησυχητική είναι η κατάσταση;
