Αναγράφεται η ύπαρξη τμημάτων πορογενούς διηθητικού καρκινώματος μη ειδικού τύπου, με θέσεις μη διηθητικού πορογενούς καρκινώματος in situ μικροθηλωδους τύπου. Τι σημαίνει αυτό; ότι στον όγκο συνυπάρχουν και μη διηθητικά και διηθητικά; ότι υπάρχει μια μετάβαση από προκαρκινικά κύτταρα που γίνονται καρκινικά και μπορούν να διηθησουν στους γύρω ιστούς; Ευχαριστώ

Καλημέρα σημαίνει ότι ο όγκος είναι μικτού τύπου και συνυπάρχουν και διηθητικά και μη διηθητικά στοιχεία. Είναι σύνηθες και αντιμετωπίζεται σαν διηθητικό. Παρεπιμπτόντως η βλάβη σας είναι μικρή.
