Είναι ασφαλές να αποφευχθεί η ακτινοθεραπεία στη μασχάλη αν οι λεμφαδένες είναι αρνητικοί;
Καλησπέρα , 47 ετών, μετά από ογκεκτομη όγκου 2cm , αρνητικοί λεμφαδένες , καθαρές ςπροεγχειρητιμες εξετάσεις , ER+,PR+, HER2+, ολοκληρώνω τις χημειοθεραπείες και παράλληλα με την ανοσοθεραπεια που συνεχίζει θα αρχίσω ακτινοθεραπείες και υποθέτω ορμονκθεραπεια κάποια στιγμή σύντομα.Η ερώτηση αφορά τις ακτινοθεραπείες, ο γιατρός που θα συνεργαστώ είπε ότι θα κάνω το short cycle 20 στο σύνολο και ότι θα εστιάσει μόνο στο μάστο , δεν θα κάνει καθόλου στη μασχάλη, στους λεμφαδένες , επειδή ήταν αρνητικοι στην ιστολογικη. Είναι ασφαλές αυτό , η' θεωρείτε ότι πρέπει να γίνει και στην μασχάλη ? Ευχαριστώ
