Ασφαλές το εγχειρητικό όριο 1mm για καρκίνωμα in situ με θεραπείες;

Η μητέρα μου έκανε χειρουργείο και με βάση την έκθεση γράφει εγχειρητικα ορια ελεύθερα in situ καρκινωματος αλλά δίνει πλησιέστερο όριο περίπου 1mm. Είναι ασφαλές; έκανε ακτινοθεραπεια με μεγαλύτερη δόση στην περιοχή και παίρνει χαπι. Το κανονικό καρκινωμα έχει απόσταση 5 mm. Από ότι κατάλαβα, υπήρχαν λίγα στοιχεία in situ(grade 1-2), δεν μιλάμε για μεγάλη συγκέντρωση. Ειναι καλυμμενη απο τις ηδη θεραπείες; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων
