Παρατηρουνται εκτασιες των γαλακτοπορων πορων οπισθοθηλαιως αμφω ως 4.2 χιλ δεξια και ως 6.8 χιλ αριστερα με αρκετους απο τους γακακτοπορους πορους πληρεις πυκνου περιεχομενου.Αναγνωριζονται κυστικες αλλοιωσεις στο δεξιο μαστο στην 9ωρα διαμετρου 5.2χιλ 4.2χιλ και 3.4 χιλ και στον αριστερο μαστο στην 1η ωρα 4.3 χιλ με εσωτερικους ηχους.Στην 9η ωρα του δεξιου μαστου παρατηρείται υποηχογενης συμπαγης αλλοιωση χαρακτηρες περισσοτερου συμβατους με ινολιπωμα μεγεθους 7.9χ 3,6χιλ. Παρουσια καλοηθους μορφολογιας μασχαλιαιων λεμφαδενων αμφω μεγιστης διαμετρου 16,5 χιλ δεξια και 13.8 χιλ αριστερα. Birards 2
