Έντονα τσιμπήματα μετά από αφαίρεση χολής: Αίτια και λύσεις;

Γεια σας,πριν 2εβδομαφες έκανα αφαίρεση χολής λαπαροσκοπικά και ercp γιατί είχε φράξει πέτρα το σωληνάκι. Όμως έχει 2 μέρες τώρα που νιώθω έντονα τσιμπήματα στη δεξιά πλευρά που έχω τις τομές και πίσω στην πλάτη σαν σφαχτη. Ο χειρουργός μου αποκλείει να προέρχεται από τη χολή. Τι άλλο μπορεί να είναι;
