Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia alfural alfuzosin tadalafil

Μπορώ να παίρνω συνεχώς tadalafil 5 mg ή να μειώσω σε 2,5 mg με υπερπλασία προστάτη και δυσκολία ούρ

Το psa είναι 1,3 και η υπερπλασία του προστάτη είναι 45 ml αλλά έχω δυσκολία στην ούρηση. Παίρνω το alfural των 10 mg 14 μήνες, εδώ και δέκα μέρες παίρνω και το tadalafil 5 mg, μπορώ να το παίρνω συνέχεια ή να το παίρνω το μισό 2,5mg
