Πού να απευθυνθώ για ξηρότητα μύτης και λαιμού και δυσκολία στην αναπνοή;

Καλησπέρα εδώ και ένα μήνα νιώθω ότι δεν μπορώ να αναπνεύσω καλά..νιώθω ότι ξεραίνεται και η μύτη και ο λαιμός..μερικές φορές νιώθω ότι με πνίγει ακόμα και το σάλιο που καταπίνω...πήγα σε ωτορινολαρυγγολόγο μου είπε ότι είναι όλα καλά να κάνω συχνά πλύσεις μόνο...αλλά συνεχίζεται..που πρέπει να απευθυνθώ; σας ευχαριστώ
