Παίρνω 30 mg seropram κατόπιν ιατρικής γνωμάτευσης για αγχώδη διαταραχή. Ποια ώρα είναι η ενδεδειγμένη να το παίρνω; Πρωί ή βράδυ; Το ειχα ξεκινησει βράδυ, σύμφωνα με το γιατρό και δεν μπορούσα να ηρεμήσω....αλλά δεν ξέρω πότε είναι καλύτερα να το λαμβάνω Ευχαριστώ.
