Ανευρυσματική διάταση θωρακικής αορτής 44,5mm μετά από διπλή παράκαμψη

Κύριοι,θερμά σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.Το πρόβλημά μου:με δυο αλλεπάλληλες C.T.θώρακος(η πιο πρόσφατη 21/7/25)διαπιστώθηκε ότι πάσχω από ́ ́ανευρυσματική διάταση της ρίζης της θωρακικής αορτής διαμέτρου 44,5mm.Η ανιούσα μοίρα,το αορτικό τόξο και η κατιούσα μοίρα ελέγχονται με φυσιολογική διάμετρο.Μετά την ενδοφλέβια χορήγηση σκιαγραφικής ουσίας διαπιστούται ομοιογενής εμπλουτισμός του αυλού ́ ́.Πρόσφατα υποβλήθηκα σε διπλή αορτοστεφανιαία παράκαμψη ως εξής:LIMA-LAD,SVG-OM1.Σε γενόμενη ερώτησή μου (ίσως αφελή)τόσο στον χειρουργό όσο και στο βοηθό του,δηλαδή εάν έγινε κάποια επέμβαση και στην προαναφερθείσα ανευρυσματική διάταση της ρίζης της θωρακικής αορτής, η απάντηση που πήρα ,και μάλιστα σε κατηγορηματικό τόνο, ήταν επί λέξει: ́ ́κανένα ανεύρυσμα δεν υπήρχε-αν υπήρχε θα το βλέπαμε,αφού άλλωστε πάνω στην αορτή δουλέψαμε ́ ́.Και η εύλογη και ανήσυχη απορία μου είναι αν υπήρχε(υπάρχει)ανεύρυσμα ή τι μπορεί να συνέβη.Σας ευχαριστώ και πάλι.
