Καλησπέρα σας! Έκανα εξετάσεις αίματος με αιματοκρίτη 31 και φερριτίνη 4.33 και αιμοσφαιρίνη 9.9 και σίδηρο 19.62 και ανεβασμένη ΤΚΕ στα 25.. και μέσο όγκο ερυθρών 78.7 και μέση περιεκτικότητα αιμοσφαιρίνης 24.6… πείτε μου λίγο τη γνώμη σας παρακαλώ.. ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας,έχετε σιδηροπενικη αναιμία και έχετε και φλεγμονή ή χρόνια νόσο χρειάζεται να γίνει διερεύνηση για την έλλειψη σιδήρου χάνετε από κάπου αίμα (περίοδο αιμορραγία,από αιμορροΐδες,προεμμηνοπαυσιακές διαταραχές) Να επισκεφτείτε ιατρό αρχικά παθολόγο και ίσως χρειαστεί γαστρεντερολόγο για έλεγχο πεπτικού συστήματος ή γυναικολόγο.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
