Νιώθω αδυναμία, έχω χαμηλό αιματοκρίτη και είμαι βετζι, τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα νιώθω αδυναμία γίνομαι άσπρος χωρίς ενέργεια εξετάσεις αίματος που έκανα επειδή έχω το στίγμα είναι πολύ χαμηλές ο αιματοκρίτης 36 η αιμοσφαιρίνη έχει πέσει πολύ είμαι βετζι δεν τρώω κρέας απλά καπως φοβάμαι μην έχω πάθει τίποτα... Παίρνω αρκετό καιρό το ιμοβαν για να κοιμηθώ αλλά σε πολύ μικρή δόση ούτε καν το εν τρίτο απλά το παίρνω πολύ καιρο
