Γεια σας. Ειμαι 38 χρονών γυναίκα. Εχω το στιγμα. Απο μικρη εχω χαμηλό σιδηρο, αιμοσφαιρίνη κ αιματοκριτη. Μια ζωη με θυμάμαι να τα ανεβαζω με σιδηρο απο το στομα και οταν τα σταματω ξαναπέφτουν ολα. Τι να κανω; Εκανα γαστροσκόπιση αλλα κολονοσκοπηση οχι. Θα περνω συμπληρωματα παντα; Ευχαριστώ.
