Anaemia

Είμαι έγκυος με αμφιβολίες για στίγμα: HbA/MCV αποτελέσματα;

Καλημέρα σας .. είμαι έγκυος και έκανα εξέταση για στίγμα.. οι τιμές μου HbA:97.4 HbF:0,7 HbA2: 1,90 και δείκτες ερυθρών RBC:4,69M/μL ,Hb:12g/dL MCV: 81.4 fl MCH:25.6 pg και RDW: 17,2 %Η γυναικολόγος μου σε σύγκριση με τις αιματολογικές μου εξετάσεις μου είπε ότι είναι σίγουρη ότι δεν έχω στίγμα .. με μια αγωγή σιδήρου έκανα πάλι αιματολογικές και ο αιματοκρίτης μου από 36,5 ήταν στο 40 και όλες οι τιμές φυσιολογικές .. παλαιότερα σε εξετάσεις μου είχαν αναφέρει ότι έχω σιδηροπενικη αναιμία .. και σε εξέταση που έγινε πριν την εγκυμοσύνη το μικροβιολογικό μου ανέφερε ότι δεν έχω στίγμα .. έχω κλείσει βέβαια ραντεβού στο Λαϊκό .. απλά θα ήθελα να ακούσω μια γνώμη κι από εσάς.
