Έγκυος με στίγμα μεσογειακής αναιμίας: ανίχνευση στο έμβρυο?
Είμαι έγκυος στον πέμπτο μήνα κύησης! Εγώ και ο σύζυγός μου έχουμε στίγμα μεσογειακής αναιμίας!! Ο γιατρός μου μου είπε ότι πρέπει να μου πάρει κολπικό υγρό για να δει αν το έμβρυο έχει κι αυτό στίγμα μεσογειακής αναιμίας! Ισχύει αυτό? Αν ναι, υπάρχει κάποιος άλλος τρόπος να ανιχνευθεί?

Εφόσον και οι δυο γονείς έίστε φορείς του στίγματος της μεσογειακής αναιμίας τότε η πιθανότητα το έμβρυο να πάσχει απο μεσογειακή αναιμία είναι 25% , 50% να έχει στίγμα και 25% να μην έχει τπτ. Συστήνεται προγεννητικός έλεγχος ανάλογα την ηλικία κύησης για περαιτέρω διερεύνηση δλδ είτε λήψη χοριακής λάχνης ή αμνιοπαρακέντισης. Ευχαριστώ.
