H Καρακασίδου Μαρία είναι Μαιευτήρας – Γυναικολόγος, και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Νέα Σμύρνη εντός του πολυϊατρείου Top Meds. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών Εμβρυομητρική Ιατρική του ίδιου πανεπιστημίου. In 1991, Dr. Mastrominas Minas assumed the directorship of the In Vitro Fertilization department at Mitera Maternity Hospital, and in 1994 he founded the "Embryogenesis" Unit.
