Ο Στρατιωτικός Ιατρός Λιάπης Δημήτριος , Χειρουργός Ουρολόγος - Ανδρολόγος , MD FEBU DIU , Ιατρός της Πολεμικής Αεροπορίας, είναι ο Διευθυντής στην Ουρολογική Κλινική του 251 Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αεροπορίας (251ΓΝΑ) και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Ψυχικό - Ελληνορώσων με πολυετή εμπειρία στην κλινική και χειρουργική Ουρολογία . 

Είναι απόφοιτος της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ) , και της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτέλειου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Είναι Fellow of the European Board of Urology. Από το 1993 υπηρετεί στην Πολεμική Αεροπορία αρχικά ως γιατρός σε στρατιωτικές μονάδες αποφοιτώντας παράλληλα από το Σχολείο Αεροπορικής Ιατρικής της Πολεμικής Αεροπορίας και από το Σχολείο Αεροπορικής και Αεροδιαστημικής Ιατρικής των ΗΠΑ ( Primary Aerospace Medicine Diploma, School of Aviation Medicine), στο San Antonio Texas. 

Εργάζεται από το 2004 στο 251ΓΝΑ ως Επιμελητής Ουρολογικής κλινικής και από το 2026 κατέχει τη θέση του Διευθυντή της κλινικής.

Markos Kapiris is a Urologist - Andrologist who maintains a private practice in Galatsi. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Urology at the Military Fund Nursing Institution. He also received additional training in General Surgery at the 7th IKA Hospital.
