Υπηρέτησε ως αγροτικός γιατρός στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Ζακύνθου και εν συνεχεία ξεκίνησε την ειδίκευσή του στη Χειρουργική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Κεφαλονιάς. Μετέπειτα συνέχισε την ειδικότητά του στην Α΄ Πανεπιστημιακή Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Αλεξάνδρα", όπου ολοκλήρωσε την ειδικότητά του. Μετέπειτα, εργάστηκε ως Μαιευτήρας - Γυναικολόγος στο τελευταίο Νοσοκομείο, στα Τμήματα Γυναικολογικού Υπερήχου, Παθολογίας Τραχήλου και Κολποσκόπησης, καθώς και σε Γυναικολογικό Τμήμα Αντιμετώπισης Καλοηθών Παθήσεων. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε πληθώρα επιστημονικών συνεδρίων και σεμιναρίων, ενώ υπάρχουν δημοσιευμένα του άρθρα σε ελληνικά και ξένα ιατρικά περιοδικά. Andrioti Liliana is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and maintains a private practice in Nea Erythraia.
