Τα τελευταία χρόνια η ιατρός εξειδικεύεται στην αντιμετώπιση περιστατικών Επιπωματικού - Διεισδυτικού Πλακούντα, που αποτελεί μια σοβαρή επιπλοκή της κύησης, στο Κέντρο Εξειδικευμένης Αντιμετώπισης Διεισδυτικού Πλακούντα σε Μαιευτήριο της Αθήνας. Έχει ολοκληρώσει το πρόγραμμα μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας με τίτλο "Χειρουργική Κάτω Κοιλίας, Ελάσσονος Πυέλου και Περινέου". Κατά την διάρκεια του προγράμματος εκπόνησε διπλωματική εργασία με τίτλο "Θεραπεία της κυστεοκήλης με τοποθέτηση πλέγματος". Επιπλέον, είναι υποψήφιος Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Θέμα της διατριβής αποτελεί η "Ταυτοποίηση και συγκριτική μελέτη του μικροβιώματος των ούρων με τον ουροθηλιακό καρκίνο της ουροδόχου κύστης".
