He holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated from the Medical School of the University of Bologna. Finally, Dr. Zaxarakis is a founding member and board member of the Hellenic Society of Urogynecology, a member of the European Society of Urogynecology, the Mediterranean Society of Urogynecology, and the Hellenic Society of Perinatal Medicine.

Georgogiannis Nikolaos is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician MD, MSc, PhD, and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He holds a Doctorate from the University of Athens, with a postgraduate degree in infertility and female reproduction, and a Medical degree from the same University. He specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the General State Hospital of Nikaia and at Aretaieio Hospital, followed by further training in human reproduction in the United Kingdom.
