About the specialist

Tsoukalou Sissy is a Psychologist, an honors graduate of the Department of Psychology at the University of Athens (NKUA), licensed to practice (License No. 78517), with passion and sensitivity for her profession and humanity. Her scientific interests focus on clinical psychopathology of adults and children & adolescents, as well as the psychoanalytic approach to psychotherapy. Since October 2024, she has been completing her clinical training in the Child Psychiatry Department of the General Children’s Hospital of Penteli. The hands-on experience with cases there provides her with rich clinical knowledge and experience, invaluable for her competence as a Professional. She has been trained in the psychodiagnostic assessment of children, adolescents, and adults (psychological assessment tools: TAT, Rorschach, WISC-V) at the Institute of Mental Health for Children and Adults I.PSY.P.E. P. Sakellaropoulos and at DI.K.E.PSY. Additionally, her skillset is enhanced by the knowledge gained and continuously acquired from her postgraduate training in Clinical Psychopathology, organized by the 1st Psychiatric Clinic of the University of Athens and EPIPSY, from psychoanalytic seminars she attends at the Hellenic Society of Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (HSPPP), as well as from various other seminars and conferences she has participated in, contributing to her ongoing professional development. For cases she undertakes in Therapy and Counseling at her private practice, she receives weekly individual supervision from a Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalyst of the Hellenic Psychoanalytic Society (EPS).
