Το 2001 απέκτησε την Ευρωπαϊκή πιστοποίηση Κολποσκόπησης από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο Μαιευτήρων - Γυναικολόγων του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, ενώ το 2002 πιστοποιήθηκε από το Family Planning Association της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας. Thanou Maria is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and maintains private practices in Ampelokipoi and Glyfada. Aleksopoulou Artemis is an Obstetrician - Gynecological Surgeon and a PhD candidate at the Medical School of Athens, with a private practice in Neo Psychiko.
