Katsimardou Aleksandra MD, PhD is an Internist - Military Physician and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocrates" and holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended postgraduate courses on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and liver diseases. Furthermore, Dr. Katsimardou has participated as a speaker in national conferences and contributed to authoring published articles in international journals focusing on arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia.

Diamantopoulos Aristeidis Aris is a graduate physician of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained his professional license in 2015. He was a trainee in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia - Patision from 2016 to 2018, and from 2018 to 2023 he specialized in "Endocrinology – Diabetes – Metabolism" at the Endocrinology Department – Diabetes Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," which has also been certified as a National and European Reference Center for "Pituitary - Adrenal - Thyroid Cancer." Concurrently, since 2021, he has been pursuing a PhD at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. As an endocrinologist – diabetologist, he has contributed to numerous publications in reputable Greek and international medical journals. He has also received awards at conferences, including the "Young ESE Investigator Award 2022" from the European Society of Endocrinology. In addition to clinical and research studies, he has participated in multiple conferences in Greece and abroad, presenting lectures, oral communications, and posters. In his private practice, he manages cases spanning the entire spectrum of Endocrinology and Diabetes Mellitus, with the primary concern being the benefit of the patient.

Anagnostou Elli is an Endocrinologist with a private practice located at Mavili Square. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in infertility and assisted reproduction. She specialized in Endocrinology at university hospitals in Paris: "Bichat - Claude Bernard," focusing on diabetes mellitus; "Necker - Enfants Malades," focusing on calcium-phosphorus metabolism; and "Bicêtre," with an emphasis on pituitary and adrenal gland disorders. Subsequently, she completed her specialty training at the Athens General Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and at the Athens General Hospital "Alexandra," with specializations in pediatric endocrinology and thyroid and gestational diabetes disorders, respectively. Currently, she deals with health issues related to endocrine glands such as the thyroid, pituitary, adrenals, and gonads, as well as diseases including type 1, type 2, or gestational diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Finally, alongside her doctoral research experience, her scientific work includes publications in reputable international medical journals focusing on infertility and thyroid diseases, as well as participation as a speaker in Greek and international conferences.

Mpotsifaras Ilias is a Dietitian-Nutritionist specializing in sports nutrition. He has a private practice at the NOUS THERAPY CENTER health center in the center of Thessaloniki. He is a lecturer at IEK ALFA Thessaloniki in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. He graduated from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU), based in Thessaloniki. He completed his internship at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki, where he specialized in clinical cases involving eating disorders and obesity. He has completed postgraduate studies and holds a specialization in Sports Nutrition from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Currently, he is pursuing his second postgraduate degree with a focus on Clinical Nutrition at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Additionally, he has received further training in eating disorders and obesity at NCfED in the United Kingdom. He has conducted research on the bone density of football players and the influence of their dietary habits. He has also worked as a dietitian-nutritionist at the 424 General Military Hospital, monitoring clinical cases in the hospital. Finally, he provides nutritional support for athletes, manages clinical cases with a broad spectrum of diseases, and cases involving eating disorders. It is worth noting his active involvement in conducting research on the dietary habits of patients with chronic urticaria.

Mr. Eksarxakos Mixail is an Internist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia, Attica. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens and has specialized in Internal Medicine. His clinical and research interests include arterial hypertension, dyslipidemias, oncological diseases, diabetes mellitus, and infections. He has accumulated over 30 years of professional experience, having worked in major hospitals across the country. From 2016 to 2021, he served as the Director of the Pathology Clinic at Euroclinic Athens, and since 2003, he has been a Scientific Collaborator at Hygeia Hospital and the head of a medical team. He has participated in many international conferences and has published numerous research papers. Finally, he is the Vice President of the Primary Care Society, a member of the Board of Directors of the Prostate Focal Therapy Society, and a member of the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine.
