Η Καψάλη Χαρά είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών, με εξάμηνη φοίτηση στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου “Goethe university Frankfurt” στη Φρανκφούρτη της Γερμανίας. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας εκπαιδεύτηκε επίσης στο Πανεπιστημιακό Τμήμα Κλιμακτηρίου και Εμμηνόπαυσης στη Β΄ Μαιευτική και Γυναικολογική Κλινική του «Αρεταιείου» Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών, στην αντιμετώπιση ενδοκρινοπαθειών κατά την κύηση στο Γ.Ν «Έλενα Βενιζέλου», και στο Ενδοκρινολογικό Τμήμα Αύξησης Ανάπτυξης στο Γ.Ν.Π.Α. «Παναγιώτη και Αγλαΐας Κυριακού». Πραγματοποιεί μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Γυναικεία Αναπαραγωγή στο Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και έχει αναλάβει το συντονισμό πολυκεντρικής μελέτης που αφορά στην βλαπτική επίδραση της αλδοστερόνης σε ασθενείς με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη. Διαθέτει, επίσης, πιστοποιήσεις στην προνοσοκομειακή παροχή πρώτων βοηθειών:«ATLS» από το Αμερικάνικο Κολλέγιο Χειρουργών και «ALS» από την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Καρδιοαναπνευστικής Αναζωογόνησης. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί και διαθέτει μεγάλη κλινική εμπειρία σε μεγάλο εύρος ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων του σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, των νοσημάτων θυρεοειδούς και παραθυρεοειδών αδένων, της οστεοπόρωσης και των νοσημάτων του μεταβολισμού ασβεστίου, των διαταραχών εμμήνου ρύσεως και εμμηνόπαυσης, του υπογοναδισμού, των νοσημάτων των επινεφριδίων και της υπόφυσης, της ενδοκρινικής υπέρτασης, της παχυσαρκίας, των διαταραχών λιπιδίων, και των ενδοκρινοπαθειών κατά την κύηση. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας covid-19, προσέφερε τις ιατρικές της υπηρεσίες με εφημέρευση στο τμήμα Covid της Α΄ Παθολογικής κλινικής του ΓΝΑ «Γ. Γεννηματάς». Έχει συμμετάσχει σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια Ενδοκρινολογίας και Διαβήτη και σε δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκυρα ιατρικά περιοδικά. Τέλος, διατελεί μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρείας.

Απο το 2022 έως το 2024 είχε αναλάβει ως επιστημονικά υπεύθυνη το ενδοκρινολογικο τμήμα του ιδιωτικού πολυιατρείου "Doctor hall" στην Καλλιθέα. Επίσης από το 2023 διατελεί επιστημονική συνεργάτης της Accurate health auditing and consulting AE.

Gravvanis Xristos MD, PhD (c) is a Military Physician, Endocrinologist - Diabetologist, and maintains his private practice in Helliniko, while simultaneously serving as an attending physician in the Endocrinology Clinic of the 251 Air Force General Hospital. He is a doctoral candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a medical degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS). He specialized in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Unit and Metabolism and Diabetes Center of GNA G. He is a member of the Athens Medical Association and the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE), as well as the Medical Association of the Oberbayern region in Germany (Deutsche Approbation als Arzt/ Regierung von Oberbayern). Finally, he possesses extensive research activity with published papers in international medical journals and numerous presentations at Greek and international conferences. In his practice, he manages cases covering the entire spectrum of his specialty, providing personalized care to each patient with the goal of delivering high-quality services in a modern endocrinology clinic.

Psyxogyiou Tzina MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has been conducting online and in-person sessions since 2017. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and completed her Master's studies in Clinical Nutrition at the same institution. She has worked as a Dietitian - Nutritionist in prominent public institutions such as Tzaneio Hospital of Piraeus and the Metaxa Anti-Cancer Hospital. Additionally, she has been a researcher on type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Harokopio University - Laiko Hospital. Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Mpoukis Mixail is an Endocrinologist-Diabetologist who maintains a private practice in Heraklion, Crete. He is a distinguished PhD graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds specialty certifications in Endocrinology/Diabetology and Internal Medicine from the Therapeutic Clinic of the University of Athens at "Alexandra" Hospital. He has also been a Research Associate in the Psychopharmacology Department at the University of Reading, United Kingdom. Nteli Spyridoula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice and operates a dietetics office in Lamia.

She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and has completed the postgraduate program titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" at the School of Medicine of Democritus University of Thrace.

She holds a Master Practitioner diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity for the treatment and management of eating disorders and obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders of the United Kingdom and the Hellenic Centre for Eating Disorder Treatment. Additionally, she is certified as a specialist in sports nutrition.

She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Lamia, where, as a trainee Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, she was responsible for designing daily diets for patients in various hospital clinics.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and regularly participates in seminars and scientific conferences, aiming for continuous professional development and staying informed about advancements in her field.

Διαθέτει πτυχίο Ιατρικής από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και είναι απόφοιτος της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (Σ.Σ.Α.Σ.). Platis Ioannis is a Internist and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki.
