Η Προσέγγισή μας

Το κέντρο μας εφαρμόζει μια ολιστική προσέγγιση στην αντιμετώπιση των δυσκολιών κάθε παιδιού και συνεργάζεται με κάθε πλαίσιο στο οποίο ανήκει.

  1. Αξιολόγηση: Με βάση τη διάγνωση και τις συστάσεις των αναπτυξιολόγων και παιδοψυχιάτρων, πραγματοποιούμε αξιολόγηση.
  2. Σχεδιασμός: Στοχοθετούμε και σχεδιάζουμε το θεραπευτικό πρόγραμμα κάθε παιδιού ξεχωριστά.
  3. Παρακολούθηση: Η θεραπευτική πορεία εξετάζεται συνεχώς από την ομάδα, αξιολογείται και η θεραπεία επαναστοχοθετείται εάν χρειαστεί μέχρι να ολοκληρωθεί.

The Special Therapy Center "Speech Ability", located in Neo Irakleio, provides services in speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education, psychological support and parent counseling, as well as play therapy, under the Scientific direction of Speech Therapist Kentro Eidikon Therapeion Speech Ability - Venizelea Maria. She studied Speech Therapy at the School of Health Sciences of the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and specialized in "Special Education and Upbringing in Neurodevelopmental and Sensory Disorders" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Ο Τσιώλης Νικόλαος είναι Ψυχολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στο Νέο Ηράκλειο Αττικής. Είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Ψυχολογίας του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου Κοινωνικών και Πολιτικών Επιστημών. Η επιστημονική και ψυχοθεραπευτική του διαδρομή είναι σταθερά προσανατολισμένη στην υποστήριξη ευάλωτων πληθυσμών, στη βαθιά προσπάθεια κατανόησης και ερμηνείας της ανθρώπινης συμπεριφοράς και στη διαρκή εμβάθυνση των ψυχοδυναμικών διεργασιών που διαμορφώνουν τον ψυχισμό του ανθρώπου.

Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2026 ξεκίνησε το ΠΜΣ στην Ψυχική Υγεία Παιδιού και εφήβου του Ευρωπαϊκού Πανεπιστημίου της Κύπρου.

Από το 2023 φοιτά στο τετραετές πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης στη Συστημική Ψυχοθεραπεία στο Εργαστήριο Διερεύνησης Ανθρώπινων Σχέσεων (Ε.Ε.). Η συστημική προσέγγιση, με την εστίασή της στις σχέσεις, τις παθογένειες και τα δυναμικά κάθε συστήματος, εμπλουτίζει καθοριστικά τη ψυχοθεραπευτική του ματιά και ενισχύει την κατανόηση του ατόμου ως φορέα νοήματος και εμπλοκής μέσα σε ευρύτερα κοινωνικά και οικογενειακά πλαίσια. Η συστημική ψυχοθεραπευτική προσέγγιση και η ειδίκευσή του σε αυτήν συμβάλλει σε μια ολιστική ψυχοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση με επίκεντρο το άτομο και τις σημαντικές για εκείνο διαπροσωπικές του σχέσεις.

Παράλληλα, παρακολουθεί σε τακτική βάση επιμορφωτικά σεμινάρια με επίκεντρο την ψυχαναλυτική ψυχοθεραπεία, τα οποία λειτουργούν για εκείνον ως χώρος στοχασμού και εμβάθυνσης στις ασυνείδητες πτυχές της ψυχικής λειτουργίας. Η ψυχαναλυτική σκέψη παραμένει για τον ίδιο θεμέλιο στη ψυχοθεραπευτική προσέγγιση, προσφέροντας γλώσσα και εργαλείο για την κατανόηση της ενδοψυχικής ζωής, της επανάληψης, της επιθυμίας και του τραύματος.

Η συνθετική οπτική που προσφέρεται από τη διαρκής του επιμόρφωση στα δυο αυτά ψυχοθεραπευτικά μοντέλα αποτελεί αρωγό για την βέλτιστη παροχή υπηρεσιών με επιστημονική κατάρτιση και ανθρωποκεντρικό προσανατολισμό.

Στο πλαίσιο της ακαδημαϊκής του δραστηριότητας, συντονίζει για δύο διαδοχικά εξάμηνα στο Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο Κοινωνικών και Πολιτικών Επιστημών την εφαρμογή του Προγράμματος Ομαδικής Συμβουλευτικής, με τίτλο «Ποια είναι η δική σου υπερδύναμη;», με τη συμμετοχή προπτυχιακών φοιτητών. Το έργο αυτό εστιάζει στη μελέτη των δυνατών στοιχείων του χαρακτήρα του κάθε ατόμου το πως αυτά επηρεάζουν την αυτοεικόνα και την καριέρα του και πως γνωρίζοντας τα μπορεί να τα εφαρμόσει σε ένα ομαδικό πλαίσιο, με τη χρήση βιωματικών ασκήσεων.

Το 2020, πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση στον Συμβουλευτικό Σταθμό του Δήμου Πετρούπολης, όπου είχε την ευκαιρία να ασκηθεί στην ψυχολογική αξιολόγηση, στη λήψη ιστορικού και στη συμβουλευτική στήριξη πολιτών που απευθύνονταν στη δομή. Υπό τη συνεχή εποπτεία διεπιστημονικής ομάδας, συμμετείχε ενεργά στη διαμόρφωση θεραπευτικών πλάνων, αναπτύσσοντας δεξιότητες σύνδεσης, κατανόησης και ανάλυσης σύνθετων κλινικών δεδομένων.

Το 2021, προσέφερε εθελοντικά τις υπηρεσίες μου στον ΟΚΑΝΑ (Οργανισμός Κατά των Ναρκωτικών) και ειδικότερα στο Κέντρο Εποπτευόμενης Χρήσης «ΣΤΕΚΙ 46», στο πλαίσιο παρεμβάσεων μείωσης της βλάβης. Συμμετείχε σε ατομικές συνεδρίες με ενεργούς χρήστες, σε παρεμβάσεις συναισθηματικής αποφόρτισης και σε δράσεις «street work». Το έργο αυτό τον έφερε σε επαφή με την πραγματικότητα του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού και της εξάρτησης, ενισχύοντας την κατανόησή του για την ψυχική δυσφορία σε περιβάλλοντα αυξημένου κινδύνου.

Από τον Ιανουάριο του 2024 έως σήμερα, εργάζεται ως Ψυχολόγος στο «Χατζηπατέρειο» Κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και Στήριξης Παιδιού (Ίδρυμα Κοινωνικής Εργασίας). Εδώ, έχει την ευθύνη για τη διεξαγωγή ατομικών και ομαδικών συνεδριών ψυχολογικής υποστήριξης σε παιδιά και τις οικογένειές τους, τη συμμετοχή σε διεπιστημονικές ομάδες αξιολόγησης, καθώς και σε εποπτικές ομάδες προσωπικού με την συνεργασία παιδοψυχιάτρου. Έχει αναλάβει τη θέση του Υπευθύνου Παιδικής Προστασίας, καθώς και τον συντονισμό του προγράμματος εθελοντισμού και πρακτικής άσκησης του Κέντρου. Επιπλέον, διενεργεί ψυχολογικές αξιολογήσεις παιδιών με τη χρήση του ψυχομετρικού εργαλείου WISC-V, συμβάλλοντας στην ολιστική κατανόηση των αναγκών και δυνατοτήτων τους.

Alexandra Xatzistaurou is a Psychologist working at the Aeromedical Centre of the Air Force General Hospital, while also maintaining her private practice "My Family Nest" in Chalandri, where she provides psychotherapeutic services to children and adults. She has a degree in psychology (B.Sc. in Psychology, University of Central Lancashire, UK) as well as a postgraduate degree in Counseling Psychology (M.Sc. in Person-Centered Counselling, University of Strathclyde, UK). Additionally, she completed her studies in music, obtaining a degree in violin, and is a graduate of the three-year Master’s Educational Program in Music Therapy, conducted in collaboration with the Thessaloniki Music Therapy Centre, the Thessaloniki Music College, and New York University (USA). Furthermore, she is certified in the use and interpretation of the MMPI-2 personality psychometric test (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory®-2). She has teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at British universities as well as experience in the design and implementation of corporate staff training. She also has teaching experience in conservatories in Thessaloniki, as well as at the Music Schools of Drama and Karditsa. She has clinical music therapy experience with children with autism, Down syndrome, emotional difficulties, learning disabilities, and behavioral disorders. She provides counseling to parents on issues related to education, emotional empowerment, and the development of social skills in children and adolescents. Additionally, she works with adults individually and in groups on Personal Development, integrating Expressive Arts into the psychotherapeutic process.
