Το Arthrokinetics Physio Center είναι ένα σύγχρονο κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης που ιδρύθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 στην Αγία Παρασκευή, με στόχο την πλήρη επανάκτηση της λειτουργικότητας και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής κάθε ασθενή. Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Είναι εξωτερικός συνεργάτης κλινικών, όπως Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ, Ευρωκλινική, Ερρίκος Ντυνάν, Κεντρική Κλινική Αθηνών, Αθηναϊκή Mediclinic και Doctors’ Hospital. Ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές του αποφοιτώντας με Άριστα (9.84/10) από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου ΄΄CAROL DAVILA΄΄, Βουκουρέστι. Kakavas Pindaros is an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Athens Medical Center, Chief Physician of the AEK F.C. Football Academy, and maintains a private practice in Neo Psychiko. He holds a Diploma in Sports Injuries from the International Olympic Committee based in Lausanne. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Orthopedics at the General Hospital "Evangelismos." Concurrently, he specialized in Upper Limb Microsurgery and Pediatric Orthopedics at the General Hospital of Attica "KAT." He has served as a consultant at the 2nd Sports Injuries Clinic of Euroclinic Athens, Team Doctor for AEK FC (A' Team), Football Academy Doctor for Panathinaikos F.C., and as a member of the medical staff for AEK BC and Panellinios BC. Throughout his career, he has accumulated surgical experience in sports injuries, arthroscopic surgery, total knee and hip arthroplasties, and orthopedic trauma.

Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια δραστηριοποιούταν αποκλειστικά στον τομέα των κατ’ οίκον θεραπειών προσφέροντας εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα με στόχο την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική αποκατάσταση στο οικείο περιβάλλον του ασθενούς. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων στον τομέα των μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων και της σύγχρονης φυσικοθεραπευτικής προσέγγισης ενώ έχει εκπαιδευτεί και στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο πρόγραμμα πρόληψης πτώσεων για την τρίτη ηλικία, Otago. Επίσης είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών (ΠΣΦ). Nikolas Bourganos is an Orthopedic Surgeon-Traumatologist at Children's Orthopedic Clinic of Athens Pediatric Center. He is also an external associate of General Orthopedics at Athens Medical Center. He maintains a private practice in Cholargos, Athens. He graduated from Medical School of Larissa and is a PhD candidate of Athens Medical School. He specialized at Amfissa Hospital for one year, where he came into contact and treated a number of sports related injuries. Affterwards, he continued his specialty at KAT Attica General Hospital. During his residency he specialized in Microsurgery and Hand Surgery in the homonymous department of KAT General Hospital, as well as in Children's Orthopedics at Pendeli's Children's Hospital. He has participated in many seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad, while he has publications in international journals. He is a member of the SITEMSH and ISSS global organizations that specialize in treatment and prevention of injuries during Skiing and Snowboarding, while he has carried out publications and presentations focusing on the above mentioned injuries of children, adolescents and adults.

Theodoroudis Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military School of Corps Officers (SSAS), and he is a Consultant at the First Orthopedic Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. He specialized in Knee and Hip Arthroplasties using Minimally Invasive and Rapid Recovery methods (Navigated ALMIS-Fast Track) at a major Endoprosthesis Center in Germany (St. Josef Krankenhaus Moers, EndoProthetikZentrum der Maximalversorgung (EPZmax)). The physician is also a certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon by the German Society for Foot and Ankle Surgery (Gesellschaft für Fuss- und Sprunggelenkchirurgie, GFFC), having trained at specialized centers (St. Josef Krankenhaus Wuppertal, Evangelisches Krankenhaus Mettmann, St. Josef Krankenhaus Moers). He employs modern surgical techniques for the correction of Foot deformities, such as Hallux Valgus, Hammer Toe, Claw Toe, Hallux Rigidus, Adult Acquired Flatfoot, etc. In particular, for Hammer Toe and Claw Toe, the percutaneous DMMO (Distal Metaphyseal Metatarsal Osteotomy) technique is performed through 0.5 cm incisions with immediate mobilization of patients.

Ο Περικλής Παναγιώτης Μπελεσιώτης είναι Φυσικοθεραπευτής και Οστεοπαθητικός με εξειδίκευση στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, στις αθλητικές κακώσεις και στη θεραπευτική άσκηση μέσω Clinical Pilates.

Είναι κάτοχος Bachelor στη Φυσικοθεραπεία από το University of East London μέσω του Μητροπολιτικού Κολλεγίου και διπλώματος Οστεοπαθητικής από την Osteopathie Schule Deutschland (OSD). Dr. Panagopoulos Georgios is a Director Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive training and surgical experience in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. Although he is involved in the entire spectrum of Orthopedic Surgery, his primary area of expertise/interest is Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Upper Limb (shoulder, elbow, and hand). Dr. Panagopoulos has completed numerous long-term fellowship programs in the upper limb and has served at the highest level as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at one of the largest Trauma Centers in Europe. Dr. Panagopoulos was born and raised in Athens. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of the University of Rome, graduating with honors (magna cum laude). Subsequently, he completed his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology at the University Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Athens (Attikon University General Hospital). Dr. Panagopoulos expanded his training by completing a fellowship program in the Upper Limb in Pittsburgh, USA (2016-2017). He then served at the world-renowned Shoulder-Elbow Clinic in Reading, United Kingdom (2018-2020), as well as at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore (2020). Dr. Panagopoulos subsequently worked as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at the Royal London Hospital, one of the largest Trauma Centers in the United Kingdom and Europe. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Ο Λεωνίδου Ανδρέας PGDip, MSc, PhD, FACS, FRCS (Tr&Orth) είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Xειρουργός - Τραυματολόγος και Διδάκτωρ στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Παράλληλα, διατελεί Διευθυντής στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει ολοκληρώσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Ορθοπαιδική Μηχανική στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Cardiff. Εργάσθηκε συνεχόμενα στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο από το 2005 έως το 2019 αποκτώντας τεράστια χειρουργική εμπειρία. Διαθέτει αναλυτικό - πιστοποιημένο logbook πλέον των 6000 χειρουργείων. Επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα μετά από 14 χρόνια παραμονής στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, έχοντας αφυπηρετήσει στην υψηλότερη βαθμίδα του μόνιμου Διευθυντή (substantive Consultant), με στόχο να παρέχει στους ασθενείς του τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές διάγνωσης και θεραπείας με βάση τα διεθνή πρότυπα. Είναι εταίρος (fellow) του Βασιλικού Κολλεγίου των Χειρουργών του Εδιμβούργου, έχοντας ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τις σχετικές εξετάσεις. Επιπλέον, είναι εκπαιδευτής στο Advanced Trauma Life Support Course και στο παγκοσμίου φήμης Reading Shoulder and Elbow Course. Ταξιδεύει συχνά στην Ευρώπη όπου διδάσκει την τεχνική της ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Την περίοδο 2017 - 2019 ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας που εκλέχτηκε μέλος της Εκπαιδευτικής Επιτροπής της Βρετανικής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα. Tέλος, τo 2020 εκλέχτηκε στην επιτροπή μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα.
