Η Μανωλάκου Παναγιώτα είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στα Πατήσια. Γεννήθηκε στην Πάτρα και αποφοίτησε με άριστα από το Αρσάκειο Πατρών και εισήχθη 9η με υποτροφία στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Το 1977 έλαβε πτυχίο με Λίαν Καλώς και εκπλήρωσε την Υπηρεσία Υπαίθρου στο Αγροτικό Ιατρείου Λεχαινών Ηλείας την 3ετία 1977 - 1980. Κατα τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητάς της δραστηριοποιήθηκε ιδιαίτερα στο τμήμα Patch tests (Δερματίτιδες Εξ επαφής) και στο τμήμα Φώτο - Βιολογίας (φωτοδερματοπάθειες). Το χρονικό αυτό διάστημα έλαβε μέρος στην συγγραφή πολλών επιστημονικών εργασιών που δημοσιεύθηκαν σε ιατρικά περιοδικά ή ανακοινώθηκαν σε δερματολογικά συνέδρια. Από το 1990 - 1992 εκπαιδεύτηκε επί διετία στον Βελονισμό - Ηλεκτροβελονισμό στο Acuscience (Διεθνές Μετεκπαιδευτικό Κέντρο Βελονισμού) από τον έμπειρο βελονιστή Μιλτιάδη Καράβη και την ομάδα του.
